This enduring activity features several short modules highlighting hot topics in MS nursing care presented at the 10th Annual Linda Morgante MS Nurse Leadership Program in Nashville, Tennessee in May 2018.
This activity is intended for early career nurses and advanced career nurses with a stated interest in MS.
The goal of the enduring activity is to provide nurses in MS with the opportunity to listen to the hot topics addressed during the 10th Annual Linda Morgante MS Nurse Leadership Program that took place in Nashville, Tennessee in May 2018.
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
•Review DMT clinical trial data to tailor therapy to a patient’s disease type.
•Improve patient outcomes by identifying, assessing, and managing MS-related symptoms and DMT-related adverse events.
•Discuss the goals of MS treatment with patients to encourage adherence to treatment.

This activity will take approximately 129 minutes to complete. To receive credit, participants are required to complete the pretest, view the online activity and complete the posttest and evaluation. To receive credit, 75% must be achieved on the posttest. A certificate will be immediately available. There is no fee to participate in the activity or for the generation of the certificate.
Annenberg Center for Health Sciences is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
A maximum of 2.00 contact hours may be earned for successful completion of this activity.
