Overview

Innovations in Cardiovascular Therapeutics 2016 is a comprehensive educational symposium designed to educate clinicians, physician-trainees, nurses and allied health professionals across a wide range of specialties, in the application of innovative therapies for cardiovascular disease. The distinguished faculty for this event include many of the foremost clinicians at the University of Chicago Heart and Vascular Center as well as internationally recognized guest faculty. Through focused presentations, panel discussion, and interactive dialogue; participants will gain both broad perspective and detailed insights into medical, procedural, and surgical therapies for complex cardiovascular disease. Registration fees include attendance to all educational events in addition to meals, refreshments, and both evening events sponsored by Innovations in Cardiovascular Therapeutics 2016.

Note, fellows will be charged a $50 fee upon registration. The $50 will be refunded once you check-in at the registration desk. Please allow at least two weeks for refund processing.

This symposium is designed for general cardiologists, internists, hospitalists, family practitioners, cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons, electrophysiologists and interventional cardiologists, as well as nurses, technologists and other allied health care professionals who treat and manage heart disease.

This two-day symposium is designed to educate attendees on novel therapeutics and evidence-based
management, across the spectrum of cardiovascular disease. Additionally, cutting edge therapies in interventional cardiology, structural heart interventions, complex arrhythmia and lead management, advanced heart failure and cardiac transplantation, cardiac imaging, preventive and molecular cardiology, and cardiac and vascular surgery will be discussed. The distinguished faculty for this event include many of the foremost clinicians at the University of Chicago Heart and Vascular Center, as well as internationally recognized faculty.
